David and Joseph got their start in the industry in the mid-1980’s here in Southwest Florida. David started in manufacturing, while Joseph began working with a local family-owned business that primarily worked in new construction and equipment replacement.

At the turn of the millennium, Joseph had reached his limit from the emotional pressure and stress due to what had become known as a standard industry practice to be a sales minded/ high-pressure individual that consistently sells unneeded or unnecessary repairs. On December 31, 1999, Joseph left the industry with a promise to himself to never return to the industry again. Little did he know that David was amassing many years of experience and undergoing training from one of the region’s most knowledgeable and well-respected industry leaders. David developed into an industry expert in his own right, and 5 years later, in 2005, he became a FL Certified Contractor. From inception, David was experiencing exponential growth and quickly established a solid reputation for serving Southwest FL with his uniquely deep understanding of the industry and honorable business practices. In 2011, David called upon Joseph to return and help him continue the mission to serve the community the ParkerAire way. Joseph moved his family back to the area in October of 2011 and now serves as the Customer Service Manager responsible for overseeing all new equipment installations and providing formal proposals to commercial and residential markets. Today, David works in the field with the technicians and continuously trains his team of more than 17 full-time members who are dedicated to the mission of ParkerAire.
